Describe your character(s) in three words:

Burly. They all have a lot of heart. And they all have a relatable story and character arc that people will appreciate when they see all the story lines interact.

Long johns or overalls?

Long johns are so comfy!

What is your favorite Northern Wisconsin activity?

I went camping last weekend and I just love a good campfire. We were having s’mores and telling stories and stuff like that.

What is your favorite part of the show?

There are a few parts where there are five or six characters all kind of exploding into chaos. Those are special moments, when there’s a lot going on and you don’t know where to look.

What do you think audiences will like about Lumberjacks in Love?

It’s just goofy! There’s a lot of heart; it’s just some guys that are really close to each other, navigating some issues that maybe resonate with what you see today. A lot of it is very earnest and I think the humor plays into that really well.
